Terms of Service

Operator

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Aladdin websites, browser tools, APIs, and paid plans. The service is operated by Aladdin (aladdin-agent.net). Contact: support@aladdin-agent.net.

Acceptance

By using Aladdin, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Service description

Aladdin provides browser-based software for AI workflows, business documents (including invoices and PDF redaction), calculators, optional developer APIs, and entertainment AI character chat. Available plans and features are described on the pricing page. Some tools are marked beta and have limited functionality.

Industry landing pages (legal, medical, accounting) describe workflows only. Aladdin does not provide legal, medical, tax, or compliance advice. See each page's disclaimer before use.

Subscriptions & billing

  • Digital SaaS: Aladdin Pro is a recurring software subscription that unlocks features such as batch processing, lossless export, templates, and API access. No physical goods are sold.
  • Payment provider: Checkout and subscription billing are processed by Waffo (payment partner). Card data is handled by Waffo; we do not store full card numbers.
  • Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until you cancel. Manage or cancel your subscription from the billing portal linked on the Pro page (Waffo consumer portal — sign in with the email used at checkout).
  • Price changes: We may change subscription prices with reasonable notice. Continued use after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance for the next renewal.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the paid period, then returns to the free tier unless you resubscribe.
  • Refunds: See our Refund Policy (14-day money-back on first Pro payment where offered).

Acceptable use

  • Do not use the service for illegal activity or to process malicious content.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.
  • Do not use automated scraping at a rate that degrades service for others.
  • AI character chat is for entertainment and productivity only. Do not use it to generate illegal, abusive, sexually explicit, or harmful content. We may suspend access for violations.

Disclaimer

Tools are provided "as is" without warranty. Verify critical output (hashes, encodings, conversions, redactions) before use in production or client-facing systems. We are not liable for damages arising from use of the service except where prohibited by law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes should first be raised with support@aladdin-agent.net.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
