Our promise

Browser apps from Aladdin — chat, study, forms, and sales workflows.

You can verify this yourself using DevTools → Network and by testing tools offline after the page loads.

What our servers do

Our servers deliver the website and support accounts, billing, and optional APIs. In-browser file tools process documents on your device without uploading them to Aladdin for processing.

Open DevTools → Network before you open a file. Check whether any request contains your document data. Assets, account services, and analytics can make network requests without uploading your file.

Load the tool and its required assets, then try a sample file with Wi-Fi off. Supported in-browser workflows can run offline; this check does not replace reviewing network requests.

Local tools (default)

  • Processing: Files are processed entirely in your browser via JavaScript, Web Workers, and WebAssembly. No document bytes are sent to Aladdin servers.
  • Storage: We do not store tool input or output on our servers. Medical/dental record tools use browser LocalStorage only — data never leaves your device unless you export it.
  • Verification: You can audit all network activity in DevTools. No hidden upload endpoints exist for local tools.

Pro server processing (paused)

Server-side GPU batch upload is temporarily unavailable. All background removal currently runs in your browser with zero upload. When this optional path returns, files would be processed in memory and auto-deleted within 10 minutes with no backups.

Analytics & hosting

  • Analytics can record usage events without including file content.
  • Aladdin Agent currently does not display third-party advertising. If advertising is enabled in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.
  • Cloudflare hosts static assets and may log standard HTTP metadata (IP, user agent) for security.
  • We do not sell personal data.

Cookies & billing

Essential cookies support Pro subscription status. Checkout and subscription billing are processed by Waffo (payment partner). Card data is handled by Waffo; we do not store full card numbers.No account is required for free local tools.

Information collected

Depending on how you use Aladdin Agent, we may collect or process the categories below. We collect only what is needed to provide the feature you use.

  • Account and contact information: email address, display name, authentication identifiers (including sign-in with Google), and support correspondence when you contact us.
  • Chat and conversation content: messages you send in AI Characters and related online chat features, plus metadata needed to deliver replies (timestamps, character/thread identifiers). We do not use local-only browser tools’ file contents for this.
  • Uploaded study materials: when you use online study or copilot features that upload content to our servers, we process the files or text you submit for that session or product feature.
  • Payment-related information: subscription status, product identifiers, and transaction references processed by our payment partner (Waffo Pancake). Card numbers are handled by the payment provider, not stored on Aladdin servers.
  • Usage and device data: pages visited, feature usage events, approximate locale, browser type, IP address, and similar technical logs for security, abuse prevention, and product analytics (without document or chat content in analytics payloads where configured).

User data rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of your personal data, and to close your account. To exercise these rights:

  • Access and correction: sign in and review account-related settings in the dashboard, or email us at support@aladdin-agent.net from your registered address.
  • Deletion and account closure: signed-in users can delete their account from Dashboard (account settings). This removes app-held profile, chat memory, and session data we control, subject to legal retention for billing records.
  • Billing records: payment history may be retained by Waffo Pancake as required for tax, fraud prevention, and chargeback handling; contact us if you need help locating a subscription or receipt.
  • Response time: we aim to respond to privacy requests within 30 days; complex requests may take longer where permitted by law.
